Staffordshire Realty charges only two fees. All Property Management Services are included at no additional charge.
- Management Fee: 8% of monthly rent collected. No fee while property is vacant.
- Tenant Placement Fee: 80% of first month rent. Includes 1 year tenant placement warranty. No fee when tenant renews or extends a lease.

Tenant Placement
- List and market properties on all major search engines and rental venues

Leasing & Rent Collection

- Comprehensive property inspections and detailed move-in & move-out reports at the start and end of all leases
- Collect and administer security deposits
- Collect monthly rents. Tenants pay rent with our free and easy to use online rental payment system. We send payments to clients via direct deposit by the 10th of each month

- Diagnose and manage maintenance, improvements, and tenant turn-over repairs
